​The Richardson

The Richardson Building, was originally constructed in the late 1800's and has undergone a total renovation from top to bottom.  Every exterior wall has received a thick coating of cellulose spray foam insulation making the apartments air tight and quiet.  In addition, every wall, ceiling, hall and closet have been further insulated with fiberglass insulation thus significantly lowering utility costs. 

 

The entire building has been rewired with Commercial Grade Wiring. 

 

Sustainable 30 Year Hard Wood Bamboo Floors run throughout each apartment and common areas, while the Master Baths are tastefully finished with Tile Floors. 

 

An excellent feature worth mentioning is that no Apartment shares a common wall.  This feature helps add to both Privacy & Security. 

 

A KONE EcoDisc Energy-Efficient Hoisting Technology Elevator has been installed.  The Kone EcoDisc motor elevator uses Machine Room-Less (MRL) elevator technology.  This addition makes The Richardson Building the only residence in the Adirondacks with with an elevator. 

 

Dual Coded Entry Ways Doors adds an additional security feature.
